Ordering
You place your order through our website by providing your name, mobile number, and delivery address. We confirm every order by WhatsApp or phone call before dispatch.
Payment – Cash on Delivery
All orders are Cash on Delivery (COD). You pay in cash when your order arrives at your door. No advance or online payment is required.
Pricing
All prices on velouraabaya.com are in UAE Dirham (AED) and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change without notice, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.
Delivery
We deliver across all seven emirates of the UAE. Delivery times and charges depend on your location and are confirmed when you place your order. Please make sure your delivery address and mobile number are correct so our courier can reach you.
Returns and Refunds
We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy within the UAE. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in their original packaging. Because orders are Cash on Delivery, refunds are issued via bank transfer or as a replacement item. See our Refund and Returns Policy for full details.

All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED). Orders are processed via Cash on Delivery (COD). Please ensure your mobile/WhatsApp number and address are accurate so our courier partner can reach you without delay.
2. Shipping & Free Delivery
We offer Free Delivery across all Emirates in the UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain). Standard delivery takes 1 to 3 business days.
3. 7-Day Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a hassle-free return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:
- The Abaya must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we will replace it free of charge.
- To request a return or exchange, simply message us on WhatsApp with your order details.
4. Product Representation
We strive to display product colors and fabric details as accurately as possible. Slight variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings.
