1. Ordering & Cash on Delivery (COD)

All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED). Orders are processed via Cash on Delivery (COD). Please ensure your mobile/WhatsApp number and address are accurate so our courier partner can reach you without delay.

2. Shipping & Free Delivery

We offer Free Delivery across all Emirates in the UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain). Standard delivery takes 1 to 3 business days.

3. 7-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a hassle-free return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:

• The Abaya must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
• If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we will replace it free of charge.
• To request a return or exchange, simply message us on WhatsApp with your order details.
