7-Day Returns and Exchanges
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, anywhere in the UAE.
Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- With all tags still attached
- In their original packaging
How Refunds Work
Because our orders are Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds are handled in one of two ways:
- Bank transfer – we send the refund to your bank account within 3-5 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item
- Replacement – we ship a replacement item to you instead
How to Start a Return
Message us on WhatsApp at +971 56 798 1475 with your order number. We will arrange the return pickup or give you the return instructions, and confirm your refund or replacement.

1. Ordering & Cash on Delivery (COD)
All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED). Orders are processed via Cash on Delivery (COD). Please ensure your mobile/WhatsApp number and address are accurate so our courier partner can reach you without delay.
2. Shipping & Free Delivery
We offer Free Delivery across all Emirates in the UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain). Standard delivery takes 1 to 3 business days.
3. 7-Day Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a hassle-free return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:
- The Abaya must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we will replace it free of charge.
- To request a return or exchange, simply message us on WhatsApp with your order details.
